Based on "Global Unichip Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Best Practice Principles", our ESG committee is composed of cross-department representatives in order to implement corporate social responsibility initiatives.The President is appointed as the Chairman of the ESG committee, and the head of the Human Resource Department serves as the executive secretary.The board of directors supervises progress towards sustainable development and the ESG Committee reports to the board of directors regularly about ESG plans and achievements. GUC annual corporate social responsibility/ESG report has been verified by a third-party verification agency since 2014.
