台灣新竹 — 2025年03月13日  — 先進特殊應用積體電路 (ASIC) 領導廠商創意電子 (GUC) 今日宣布成功推出業界首款 Universal Chiplet Interconnect Express™ (UCIe™) 實體層晶片,實現 UCIe 規格定義中每通道 32 Gbps的最高速度。創意電子的UCIe 32G IP 支援 UCIe 2.0,能提供每 1 公釐晶粒邊緣 10 Tbps (5 Tbps/mm 全雙工) 的驚人頻寬密度。創意電子藉助於台積電的先進 N3P 製程技術和 CoWoS® 封裝技術來達成此一里程碑,旨在鎖定 AI、高效能運算 (HPC)、xPU 和網路等應用領域。
