Based on "Global Unichip Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Best Practice Principles", our ESG committee is composed of cross-department representatives in order to implement corporate social responsibility initiatives.President is appointed as the Chairman of the ESG committee and CFO is the executive secretary. In principle, in addition to reporting the company's sustainable development promotion to the board of directors on a quarterly basis, the executive secretary also reports on the progress of sustainable development promotion from time to time in the monthly report to the directors. GUC annual corporate social responsibility/ESG report has been verified by a third-party verification agency since 2014.
